Multi-time IBJJF World Champion Tammi Musumeci will make her sophomore debut under the ONE Championship banner on July 14 when the promotion returns to the legendary Lumpinee Boxing Stadium for ONE Fight Night 12 on Prime Video.
Tammy Musumesi, the older sister of world premier flyweight champion Miki Musumesi, impressed in her promotional debut at ONE Fight Night 8 in March, scoring a unanimous decision win over ADCC world champion Bianca Basilio. Next, she will try to achieve victory over the debuting ONE Championship Amanda Alekhine.
Speaking of her match with Alekhine within the Mecca of Muay Thai, Tami Musumesi revealed that in recent years, she hasn’t found herself planning game before fights the way she used to:
“Since (2021), I was more of a back oriented back then. I still do backhands, but I also like to do different things as well,” Musumeci told ONE Championship. “So I don’t have a game plan or anything yet.”
