Jammu and Kashmir Earthquake: According to NCS, the epicenter of the earthquake was located 10 km below the earth’s surface in Doda district.

An earthquake measuring 4.9 on the Richter scale struck the Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday, the National Center of Seismology said.

The earthquake occurred at 5.38 am on Monday. Citing officials, prof PTI The report said that no damage to life or property was reported.

According to the National Earthquake Center, the epicenter of the quake was located at a depth of 10 kilometers below the surface of the earth in the Doda area. The earthquake occurred at 33.15 degrees north latitude and 75.68 degrees east longitude.
