Around midnight, one of the boys noticed that someone entered the hall through a window without a grille and opened the door latch for another person to enter.

A minor boy who is studying in class four and living in the tribal care hostel in Poliramudugudum was found dead on Tuesday morning, police said, adding that they found a letter in his hand threatening more such murders.

The boy was allegedly kidnapped from the hostel by two men who came in the dead of night.

The speech was written in Telugu: “Bratakaalanukaunna vaallu vellipondi endukante ika nundi ilaantivi jarugutoo untai” (He who wants to live, stay away from here because these kinds of things will continue to happen from now on).

There are bruises around the neck and a small scratch near the right eye, Eluru Di Mare Prasanthi Police Superintendent told PTI on Tuesday, adding that the body of the boy was found at 5.30 am in the school premises, which is located beside the hostel in Poliramudugudum. Pattayagodim Mandal.

According to the police investigation, the boy went to sleep as usual in the residence hall with 10 other students.

The warden of the inn and the watchman were absent.

About midnight, one of the boys noticed that someone entered the hall through a window without a grille and opened the door latch for another person to enter.

The police said that these two incomes took away the boy, who was later found dead, but the frightened student who witnessed the kidnapping did not disclose this information to anyone.

Later in the morning, the witness learns that the boy was found dead at the school.

Police said the deceased boy’s older brother also attends the same school in class six and lives in the same hostel but neither he nor his father can reveal any useful information or name a suspect.

A case has been booked under IPC Section 302 at Buttayagudem Police Station and investigation is ongoing.
