[ad_1]
Things didn’t quite go according to plan for Conor McGregor in season 31 The ultimate fighter. The fighters trained by the former double champion have lost all six matches so far, however, fans believe that will soon change. The Notorious took to Twitter to share footage of him arguing with Landon Quinones, captioning the post:
“Landon Quiñones is a brave fighter and tough as nails, always willing to learn and improve on all aspects of his fighting game. Be sure to tune in to The Ultimate Fighter tonight!”
Check out Conor McGregor’s tweet below:
Make sure to tune in to The Ultimate Fighter tonight!
Landon Quiñones is a fearless fighter who is tough as nails, always ready to learn and improve on all aspects of his fighting game. Make sure to tune in to The Ultimate Fighter tonight!
@kylesosaa718 thinks the post indicates Quinones won the match:
“Team McGregor Confirmed First W. Won’t Tweet This If Landon Doesn’t Win”
@JoshOnAir agreed with this sentiment while trolling the former double champion:
“Sounds to me like someone is about to get their first win in coaching… and their second win overall since Barack Obama was president. Nice job.”
@MistressAIPRO believes that Jason Knight, who will take on the Quinones, is not a tough challenge:
“110% win this time, not hate on Jason but very much ignited”
iFUXwMMA thinks Team McGregor is doomed:
“The way they made these teams was horrible. With the exception of a kid last weeks, none of his fighters had a chance and each was an underdog if he could bet. Inexperienced prospects. Terrible that they didn’t mix the teams.”
RaleighRaceFan believes that despite his record, McGregor is a better coach than Michael Chandler:
“Connor you are the man!! Who cares if Chandler can train veterans!! You do the real training!! Amateurs learn from one of the best guys in MMA!! You are a natural in training for sure!!”

@tweet McGregor’s team confirmed the first W. You wouldn’t tweet this if Landon didn’t win
And the second win overall since Barack Obama was president.
Nice work fam. 🏼🫱🏼🫲🏻
@tweet It seems to me that someone is on the verge of their first win in coaching… and their second overall since Barack Obama was president. Nice work fam. 👏🏼🫱🏼🫲🏻
@tweet 110% won this time, I don’t hate Jason but he stirred a lot
@tweet @tweet The way they made these teams was appalling. With the exception of a baby last weeks, none of his fighters stood a chance and each was an underdog if he could bet. Guys who have won in the UFC and who have been on the big stage versus inexperienced prospects. Terrible that they did not mix the difference
@tweet Connor you are the man!! Who cares if Chandler can train veterans!! You are doing the real training! Learning buffs from the best MMA!! You are a natural in training for sure!!
@tweet Real people no it’s been an uphill battle from the start these veterans got some strong guys who should stay in the UFC
@tweet McGregor celebrates he dropped one of his students who had 0 fights in the UFC. A wins right win? 🤣🤣
@tweet I can’t take another Conor L team… especially with Dana saying your fight with Chandler isn’t even worth talking about
@tweet You are the worst coach I’ve ever seen, and watched Peña Nunes’ season. It’s wild how this ended up being the most boring season yet
Chael Sonnen believes Israel Adesanya can surpass Conor McGregor as the UFC’s number one draw
While Conor McGregor is the biggest name in mixed martial arts, Chael Sonnen doesn’t think that will be the case for much longer. During his recent appearance on MMA watch With former middleweight and lightweight title challenger Ariel Helwani revealing that he believes Israel Adesanya will outshine the star power of The Notorious, saying:
“There’s a different game Eazy’s playing here. You want to know who should be watching this? It’s not (Drecos) du Plessis and it’s not the rest of the division. It’s Conor McGregor. Eazy is coming in for his place. Eazy is coming in for a tie in the sport and he’s not too far away. By the way This program really made for me.”

“Easy is coming for his spot. Eazy is coming for a par in the sport and he’s not too far off.”
