The 2023 NASCAR Xfinity Series Ambetter Health 200 is finally finished and dusted. The seventeenth race of the season, with a total of 38 entries, kicked off at 3 PM ET on Saturday, July 15th. The race was held at New Hampshire Motor Speedway and lasted 2 hours, 38 minutes and 40 seconds.
John Hunter Nemechek, driving the No. 20 Toyota Supra for Joe Gibbs Racing, won his second consecutive and fourth race of the 2023 NASCAR Xfinity Series season.

Nemechek held the lead for 164 of the 206 laps and then held pole winner Chandler Smith in overtime after the 10th caution of the day ended the race. Nemechek led a race-best 137 laps for the first time since his win at Martinsville Speedway where he led over 100. The win marked his sixth career victory in the Xfinity Series.
Meanwhile, Chandler Smith finished second, followed by Austin Hill, Daniel Hemrick and Sammy Smith rounding out the top five. Justin Allgaier, Jeb Burton, Josh Williams, Brett Moffitt and Mason Massey completed the top ten.
Ambetter Health 200 saw a 13 lead change between seven different drivers and saw 10 warning signals.
