Police said a 17-year-old boy was shot dead and another wounded at a hookah bar in Govindpuri district, southeast Delhi, on Saturday.
PCR’s call regarding the incident was received at Kalkaji Police Station at 3.15pm. Police reached the location in Govindpuri Extension where a shisha bar was operating secretly on the first floor of the building. They said the establishment was closed down on April 1 but continued to operate illegally.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (South East) Rajesh Deo said that upon arrival at the site, police found blood and handkerchiefs on the ground.

He added that Rahul was taken to hospital with serious leg injuries.
The police said that preliminary investigations revealed that a birthday party was held in the shisha bar and that most of the people involved were juveniles.
Local and technical investigations revealed that some local bad guys were involved in the accident.
