With the imminent debut of AEW Collision, it looks like Tony Khan is looking around for people who can help him with the creative direction of All Elite Wrestling.
Khan’s already got a whole bunch of people behind the scenes playing a role in the company’s creative direction, with the likes of QT Marshall, Pat Buck, and even Bryan Danielson providing ideas.
But according to a recent report from PWInsidercurrent AEW Tag Team Champion Dax Harwood has also been involved in “creative pitches” recently.
Dax Harwood has been involved with Tony Khan’s creative AEW shows as of late, according to PWInsider
Reports of Harwood helping out with creative pitching came after former WWE writer and ROH superstar Jimmy Jacobs was signed as producer. Jacobs’ first night on the job was the final edition of Dynamite on June 14 in Washington, DC
One of the reasons Dax Harwood is involved in the creative direction of All Elite Wrestling is due to the major role that he and his FTR partner Cash Wheeler are slated to play in Collision.
Not only is FTR set to have a main role in the show, but she’s also set to take part in Collision’s first ever main event this Saturday at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.
Dax and Kash will team up with good friend CM Punk for the first time since June 2022 to take on Bullet Club Gold’s Jay White and Juice Robinson, as well as ROH Television Champion Samoa Joe in a star-studded three-way match.
Jay and Juice already had their sights set on becoming the AEW Tag Team Champions, while it was highly anticipated that Joe and Punk’s old rivalry would rekindle on Saturday night as a way to bring the “straight edge star” back into the company after nine months.
