Bayley recently received a heartfelt birthday wish from an injured WWE superstar.
Bayley introduced Dakota Kai and IYO SKY to the main roster as part of the Damage CTRL. Since the group’s inception, the careers of Dakota Kai and IYO SKY have taken off. Together, Kai and SKY won the Women’s Tag Team Championship.
Just when Damage CTRL returned to the tag title image, Kai suffered an injury that put her on the shelf. Despite his injury, Kay followed Bayley and IYO SKY and even congratulated them on qualifying for the Money in the Bank ladder match.
Now, Dakota Kay has taken to Twitter to send a heartfelt message to a model celebrating her 34th birthday.
“Happy birthday for this, I will be forever grateful.”
Bayley recently claimed that Michael Cole wants a WrestleMania match against her on payday
One of the most exhilarating things about Bayley’s heel role is her onscreen confrontation with Michael Cole. The role model wasted no opportunity to reprimand the color commentator. The two had been going to her for many years.
The former SmackDown Women’s Champion was recently a guest on WWE’s The Bump. During the show, she told the story of how she ran into Cole at a steakhouse. She then claimed that Cole wanted a WrestleMania match against her on Payday.
“Last week I went to a steakhouse in Des Moines, Iowa because I was hungry. I was running late, and the steakhouse was right next to my hotel, and I went to the steakhouse. I got a text from who? Michael Cole! Right in front of me and he says, ‘Who Sitting in a booth by himself instead of sitting at the bar like a human?
continued:
“I don’t want to sit at a bar because I don’t want to talk to people. If you sit at a bar it’s an open conversation for people like you. I don’t want to talk to Michael Cole. I don’t want to see your face, Michael Cole. I’m sick of you. And when I’m ready to go back to Your head and when I’m ready to screw you up. I will! I know he wants a Wrestlemania match. That’s what he wants. He wants that payday.”
Bayley is set to compete in the Money in the Bank ladder match on July 1 also featuring fellow Damage CTRL IYO SKY. It will be interesting to see if these two work together during the match.
