the actor Alia Bhatt Ready to make her Hollywood debut with Heart of Stone. The trailer, which was revealed during the Netflix 2023 Tudum event in Brazil, featured Alia as the main antagonist – Keya Dhawan. Talking about the actor’s global debut, father and filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt said his heart sank with pride when he saw Alia posing with Hollywood actors like Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan.
In an interview with ETimes, the veteran director said, “To stand there without being trolled by the idea that it’s Hollywood, the youth of today feel left out or underestimated by anything when it comes to international talent.”

Mahesh Bhatt added, “I remember one time asking her, ‘What don’t they (Hollywood) have that we don’t have?'” Her immediate response was, “Money.” She said it with great humility.
Directed by Tom Harper, Heart of Stone will premiere on Netflix August 11th. The film’s official synopsis reads, “Gal Gadot is Agent Rachel Stone, the only intelligence agent standing between her global peacekeeping organization and the loss of its most precious – and dangerous – asset, codenamed: the Heart.”
Alia Bhatt will appear in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. The film, which stars Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi, will hit the screens on July 28.
