John Rahm shot 67 and 71 in the opening two rounds of the event, for a total of 138 strokes. Unfortunately, his overall score was insufficient to secure a place in the weekend rounds. Ram finished one stroke above the cut line, putting him outside the top players who advanced to the third round of the tournament.
