“It was raining that day and a young man known to the sister (cousin) offered to drop the survivor home on his motorbike. However, he took her to a deserted place, where he and three other people took turns raping her.”
The survivor filed an FIR with the Pithoria Police Station on Friday. He added, “Three suspects were arrested on Saturday, while a manhunt was launched to arrest the fourth.”
Alam added that a medical examination was conducted for the survivor after she was presented before the Child Welfare Committee.
