After the action-packed Ally 400, the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series comes to Chicago Street Stadium in Chicago, Illinois, at the Grant Park 220 on Sunday. The 100-lap event will air on NBC and MRN at 5:00 PM ET.

The eighteenth race of the 2023 NASCAR season will be contested on a 2.2-mile street course. A total of 37 drivers will compete in a Cup over 220 miles to secure an opportunity to drive at Victory Road.

Motorsports journalist Bob Pocras shared the starting lineup for the Grant Park 220 on Sunday on his official Twitter account.

In the qualifying race on Saturday (July 1), Joe Gibbs Racing driver Denny Hamlin won his third NASCAR Cup Series pole of the season after posting a lap time of 1:28.435 and a speed of 89.557 mph. It was the 39th of his career in the NASCAR Cup Series.

Tyler Reddick, who drives for the 23XI Racing team owned by Hamlin, will share the front row with him after spinning at 89.513 mph.

They will be followed by three-time Supercars champion Shane van Gisbergen, Christopher Bell and Daniel Suarez in the top five.

Michael McDowell, Kyle Larson, Jenson Button, Joey Logano and AJ Alminder rounded out the top ten.
