According to a complaint filed by the girl’s uncle, the accident occurred on Wednesday when the victim left her house to get rid of cow dung.
A 15-year-old girl was allegedly kidnapped and gang-raped by three minors in a village in Bulandshahr district of Uttar Pradesh.
The three accused fled and the police are conducting raids to arrest them.
According to a complaint filed by the girl’s uncle, the incident occurred on Wednesday when the victim went out of her house to get rid of cow dung.
The accused forcibly took the girl to an abandoned house in the village, gang-raped her, and threatened to kill her if she dared tell anyone about the incident and later fled the scene.
According to the police, the family members started searching for the girl, because she did not appear after nearly two hours. During a search, they find her in a semi-conscious state in the abandoned house.
They took the victim to the primary health center in the village, where her condition deteriorated and she was transferred to the district hospital in Bulandshahr.
Two of the accused lived in the same village while the other belonged nearby.
Police said her father, who is in the military, was informed of the incident.
Sayana’s deputy, Bhaskar Kumar Mishra, said, “One gang rape case and another has been registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act (POCSO). We are conducting raids to arrest the perpetrators but they are at large.”
The officer said that the girl was also taken for a medical examination, after which her statement will be recorded.
