Congress leader and MP for Thiruvananthapuram Shashi Tharoor is known for his excellent command of the English language and his exceptional vocabulary. Lok Sabha MP from Kerala was recently given a custom jersey by Rajasthan Royals, the IPL team captained by Sanju Sampson, who is from his state.
