The legend of Demetrius Johnson has not yet received a definitive end.

The ONE World Flyweight Champion admitted in his interview with Mitch Chilson that his retirement plans remain uncertain after his world title defense against Adriano Moraes at ONE Fight Night 10: Johnson vs. Moraes III on Prime Video.

Johnson quipped that he walked away from active competition a few weeks ago, but he’s still not sure if he’ll retire.

“That’s the beautiful thing about this sport, I can do whatever I want. I can go into the sunset, go home, talk business, see what happens,” Demetrius Johnson said inside the circuit at 1stBank Center last weekend.

Johnson, 36, is already among the greatest mixed martial artists in history and has already left an indomitable legacy in the sport.

The American legend’s 11 straight defenses of the UFC world flyweight title are the most in promotion history, and his move to the ONE Championship more than added to his incredible career.

‘Mighty Mouse’ won the ONE Flyweight World Grand Prix title and eventually captured the ONE World Flyweight title when he defeated Moraes in the second bout of a trilogy in 2022.

In doing so, Johnson became the first and only fighter to win world titles in both the ONE Championship and the UFC.

Johnson then added more luster to his career when he retained the ONE World Flyweight Championship in his 3-way match against Adriano Moraes.

The three-way match between Johnson and Moraes, as well as the entire ONE Fight Night 10 card, is available on replay on Prime Video for North American subscribers.
