The accident happened at around 8:30 pm on Monday when the car fell on its way to an orchard in a gorge near Gopalpur.
Two people, including a minor from Nepal, were killed and six injured when the JCB machine they were riding in slid down a ravine here, police said Tuesday.
They said the accident occurred at around 8:30 pm on Monday when the car on its way to an orchard fell into a valley near Gopalpur in Rampur district of Shimla district.
JCB operator Manoj (19), a resident of Pachankot, Punjab, and Sumit Thapa (15), a resident of Nepal, died on the spot, police said.
They added that passers-by took the injured to a nearby hospital.
