Rayudu tweeted:
“Two great teams, 204 games, 14 seasons, 11 playoffs, 8 finals, 5 trophies. Hopefully it’s day 6. It’s been an amazing journey. I’ve decided tonight’s final will be my last game in the Premier League.”
The right-handed batsman added brazenly that he would not announce his change of heart following his retirement, which happened after he extended an invitation to international cricket in 2019.

The Baroda batsman will now try his best against GT in the top clash after scoring just 139 runs in 15 matches at a strike rate of 132.38 in IPL 2023.
