The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras offers an Executive MBA (EMBA) program for mid-career working professionals. Read on to find out the eligibility criteria.
The Department of Management Studies from IIT, Madras is inviting applications for its Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) degree programme.
Things to know:
This program is designed for mid-career working professionals.
The two-year program has a rigorous yet practice-oriented curriculum.
Designed in conjunction with industry demands in areas such as the digital economy and global strategy.
This program will also provide exposure to social media and online marketing.
Classes will be held every alternate weekend (Saturday/Sunday).
There will be a program of classroom liaison allowing for a good work life balance.
During the programme, you will have to work on three projects applying theory to live working problems.
The course fee is Rs 13 lakh (for Indian nationals).
Fees can be paid in four installments of up to Rs. 3.25 lakh per semester.
If you wish to avail an educational loan, there is a partnership with Bank of Baroda.
Online applications for admission began on September 5, 2022.
The selection process will take place in November 2022.
Results will be announced in December 2022.
Classes will start in January 2023.
Please note that the last date you can apply for this program is October 10, 2022.
Program Structure:
This is a 24-month Executive MBA programme.
30 courses will be conducted during this period.
Participants will be required to submit three capstone projects throughout the programme.
Who can apply:
Holders of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a score of 60 percent or more can apply.
There is a work experience of at least three years after completion of a bachelor’s degree required for application.
