EAM S Jaishankar arrived in Varanasi on Saturday to preside over the three-day G20 Development Ministers’ Meeting slated for June 11-13.
External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Sunday had breakfast at the residence of Dalit ward chief Sujata in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Jaishankar arrived in Varanasi on Saturday to preside over the three-day G20 Development Ministers meeting scheduled for June 11-13.
Sujata expressed her great happiness at the minister’s visit to her home. Talking to yearsThe Dalit ward chief said, “We have been busy making preparations to welcome him since yesterday. My whole family is busy cleaning the house. I am glad that a strong person like him is visiting our house.”

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will host a banquet for development ministers and delegations from G20 member states at the Taj Hotel in Varanasi on Sunday evening.
