KCET 2023: While Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) It was planning to announce the Karnataka Common Entrance Examination (KCET) on June 12, however, now it will release it on June 14, a source from KEA said. Indianexpress.com.

“It was scheduled for Monday, June 12, but due to some internal checks, the results will be announced on June 14,” a KEA official said.

Once released on June 14th, candidates who appeared for the entrance examination can check their results in kea.kar.nic.in, karresults.nic.in.

This time, a total of 2.60 lakh students were registered while more than 2.5 lakh students showed up for the Karnataka CET, held on May 20 and 22. A total of 1.4 lakh girls and 1.21 lakh boys were registered to appear for the examinations. KCET was conducted in 592 centers out of which 121 centers are located in Bengaluru.

After passing this written test, KEA will issue the counseling schedule to candidates who qualify for the counseling schedule.

This year, for the first time, the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has conducted CET courses for undergraduate nursing courses as well. According to KEA, about 16,000 non-Kannadaga students are registered for this exam and are exempted from writing the compulsory Kannada exam.

KCET is a gateway for admission to professional courses for government quota of seats in Medical, Dental, Indian Systems of Medicine and Homeopathy, Engineering/Architecture courses, Farm Sciences like BSc (Agriculture), BSc (Sericulture), BSc (Horticulture), BSc (Forestry Science), BSc Agri Bio Tech, BHSc (Home Science), among other professional courses.
