Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the first “National Training Meeting” here on Sunday and address more than 1,500 participants selected from training and research institutes across the country.

As part of this vision, the National Program for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB) – “Mission Karmayogi” – was launched to prepare a future-ready civil service with the right attitudes, skills and knowledge. She said this seat is another step in that direction. The Capacity Building Committee is hosting this event with the aim of enhancing cooperation between civil services training institutes and strengthening the training infrastructure for civil servants across the country.

More than 1,500 representatives from training and research institutes will participate in the secret meeting. She added that government officials from departments of central, state and local governments as well as experts from the private sector will participate in the deliberations. The statement said that this diverse gathering will enhance the exchange of ideas, identify the challenges that are being faced and the available opportunities, and generate implementable solutions and comprehensive strategies for capacity building.
