It was recently reported that some WWE personnel are having heat with SmackDown Superstar Top Dolla. It appears he responded to the story with an interesting tweet.

Last Friday on SmackDown, the former NFL star was quickly crushed during a tag team challenge match. He was eliminated by Sheamus just seconds after entering the ring.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer previously stated that Top Dolla is “very unpopular” behind the scenes. The now 33-year-old sent out a mysterious message on social media, apparently addressing rumors about his status in the promotion.

“If you need more flicks, put Dolla’s name in it…” he wrote.

Check out the tweet below:

In August 2022, Top Dolla, Ashante ‘Thee’ Adonis, and B-Fab returned to the company as part of the Hit Row stable. However, the faction did not have much influence on SmackDown.

The former WWE manager questions Hit Row’s return to the company

After Triple H became WWE Chief Creative Officer in July 2022, several released superstars and tag teams returned to the company, including Hit Row.

Despite the initial hype surrounding the return of the SmackDown faction, former WWE manager Dutch Mantell stated in Sportskeeda Wrestling’s biting talk Why maybe their return wasn’t the best idea.

“I think they (Hit Row) came at the wrong time. And I think if you retire and bring them back, they may or may not work. It’s funny how those teams’ chemistry works. I say all the time, I’m not the judge, the fans either. But they hit at the wrong time. , and you can tell when the fans don’t like them, and they don’t care much about them.” (50:50 – 51:40)
