Jeff Hardy suffers his first pinfall loss in over 400 days to WWE Hall of Famer’s son

Austin and Colton Gunn faced Matt and Jeff Hardy in a tag team match on AEW Dynamite this week. The last time these two teams were in the ring was at the Buy-In pre-show for Double or Nothing when Hook and The Hardys took on Ethan Page and The Gunns, which the latter team lost.

For the majority of the night’s match, The Hardys seemed to have the upper hand. Jeff Hardy locked in and prepared to hit the famous Swanton Bomb until a surprise tackle from Bullet Club Gold cost them the match. This marked Jeff Hardy’s first loss in over a year, with his previous defeat being at the hands of Adam Cole.

An alliance between The Gunns and Bullet Club Gold is once again provoked. It all started when The Gunns interfered in the match between Ricky Starks and Jay White earlier this month, giving Wyatt some much needed help. It now appears that the sons of WWE Hall of Famer Billy Gunn may have already joined Bullet Club Gold.

How do you feel about this new alliance emerging again? How does this change the landscape of AEW? Tell us what you think in the comments section below.
