Chelsea are said to be ready to offload Romelu Lukaku on a cut-rate transfer fee in the ongoing summer transfer window.

Lukaku, 30, has emerged as a hot topic of discussion after his season-long loan deal at Inter Milan ended. He was labeled a potential summer sale due to his adversarial relationship with the Blues.
