A gaming area manager at a mall in Malad has been arrested after a 19-year-old man fractured his leg after breaking the spring of a bounced trampoline.
According to personnel from Bangor Nagar Police Station, the incident took place on June 18 when the man, Tirth Bora, was visiting the mall with his friends and relatives.
“He broke his leg after breaking the springs of the trampoline while he was jumping on it,” said one of the officers. He added that Bora was still undergoing treatment in a hospital in Korla.
“His statement was registered on Friday after which a case was registered under sections 336 (endangering the life or personal safety of others) and 338 (causing severe harm by endangering the life or personal safety of others) of the Indian Penal Code. The investigating officer said, “It was done The manager was arrested for not doing the necessary maintenance on the trampoline.”
