EPFO Pension Fund Authority added 17.20 members on a net basis in April this year, according to payroll data released earlier this month.
EPFO on Monday extended the deadline to apply for a higher pension for members to July 11.

EPFO Pension Fund Authority added 17.20 members on a net basis in April this year, according to payroll data released earlier this month.
“Out of the 17.20 members added during the month, about 8.47 thousand new members were subject to social security coverage of the Employee Provident Fund Foundation (EPFO) for the first time,” a Ministry of Labor statement said.
