Cowboys’ Micah Parsons cuts WWE-esque promo on 2023 NFL season

Dallas Cowboys defensive end/linebacker Micah Parsons is coming off back-to-back All-Pro seasons, but he still wants more and aims to improve. Parsons has spent the season bulking up to add more muscle to his body.
This is because the defensive end has more strikes instead of the linebacker. With the teams on a break with training camp a few weeks away, there’s no question Parsons is working on his game both physically and mentally.
Given his incredible talent, Parsons has been asked about getting more attention on the court next season as teams devise a game plan to stop him.

Parsons told John Machuta of The Athletic:
“That’s cool. Come. We want them to come. If you go on safari, you’ll see buses, and they all stop on lions. And they don’t flinch. Why? Because they’re king. They won’t flinch. Come visit us. You’re very welcome. I’m OK with feeling uncomfortable.” That’s how it evolves.”
Cowboys LB/DE Micah Parsons on developing and getting a lot of attention on the field: “This is cool. They come. We want them to come. If you go on a safari, you see buses, they all stop for lions. And they don’t flinch. Why? Because they’re king. They won’t.” flinch please… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
So, there’s no doubt Parsons will be the center of attention in Dallas’ defense next season, but it’s something he’s looking to judge by his comments.
Micah Parsons is Dan Quinn’s defense captain in Dallas
The Dallas Cowboys have always been a first football team, but since Dan Quinn took over and with the addition of Micah Parsons, that dynamic has changed.
Under Mike Nolan, the Cowboys defense was bad historically, but they’re not now, and Parsons, along with his teammates and Quinn was a huge reason for that.
Since entering the league in 2021, Parsons has led Dallas in quarterback hits, tackles for loss, forced fumbles and sacks, and he also has back-to-back All-Pro selections.
Leighton Vander Esch may be the quarterback on defense, but Micah Parsons is his captain. Such is his ability to take over games, and opposing offenses are to plan the game around stopping Parsons, allowing others to get their sacks.
Parsons already looks like a great player, but if he says he wants more and wants to evolve, it doesn’t bode well for the rest of the NFL.
