Ali Fadl must have had his share of unusual fan encounters over the years, but there is little chance he could be called a Serpent. But that has changed now. Recently, the actor couldn’t help but respond when a fan dubbed him “Ali Ajjar (Snake)” instead of Ali Fadl. He took to Instagram to talk about this funny incident. Ali Asghar is another famous actor who mainly works in television.
On Friday afternoon, as Ali was dropping off his wife Richa Chadda at the Mumbai airport, they were recognized by a few fans. A lady excited to meet them shouted Ali’s name but called him “Ali Ajjar”. This made Ali chuckle, but he tried to control his laughter. While the couple was talking, fans approached them to take selfies, forcing them to leave their conversation and part ways. The fan even approached Richa and touched her cheek and said, “how much love do you have (You look so cute.) The Fukrey couple were amused but also looked a little uncomfortable.
Ali responded to this episode in a note shared on Instagram. He wrote: “The name of the warp today was legendary: I was frantically called Ali Fadl who with some froth and desperation turned into Ali Ajjar aka Python. So I hissed a bit instead of the usual ‘cheese’, I might have just noticed the hissing but it was crude.”

Ali and Richa met on the sets of the 2012 release Fukrey, and have been together for nearly a decade. They tied the knot in 2020. However, in October 2022, they threw grand receptions in Mumbai, Delhi and Lucknow.
In an interview with GQ, Ali talked about his marriage to Richa. He said, “I’ve seen very few marriages work out in my life, so I’d like to refute that. But aside from that, there’s something spiritual I share with Richa. And I thank her for that because she’s made me more spiritually aware than I was before.”
