In another file, the State Bank of India reported the appointment of four directors to the central board of the bank for a period of three years
State Bank of India (SBI) said on Monday that its chief financial officer, Charanjit Surinder Singh Atra, has placed its papers.
“…we acknowledge that Charanjit Surinder Singh Atra, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from the services of the Bank, and the resignation has been accepted by the relevant authority as of closing business hours on 30 June 2023,” the bank said in a securities depository.
In another file, the country’s largest bank reported the appointment of four directors to the bank’s central board for a period of three years.
Two of the directors, Ketan Shivji Vikamsi and Murugank Madhukar Paranjabe, were re-elected.
The other two directors appointed are Rajesh Kumar Dubey and Dharmendra Singh Shekhawat.
