In the video, three men can be seen attacking the victim with a knife-like weapon while another uses a rock to smash his head.
Four people, including a technical expert, have been arrested in Telangana after a 28-year-old was attacked with a blunt object in broad daylight in Suryapet on Thursday. The man was brutally attacked in a crowded street in full view of the public.
According to India Today, victim C Santosh was attacked by two men with a sharp edged weapon and rocks and the video of the incident was captured on CCTV and went viral on social media.
In the video, three men can be seen attacking the victim while one of the accused repeatedly stabs Santosh as bystanders look on.

The accused was immediately taken to the hospital where he was being treated. He survived the assault and was said to be in stable condition.
The police said that the preliminary investigation indicated that the cause of the fight was a long-standing rivalry between the accused and the victim.
The accused were identified as V Krishna, Manideep, P Mahesh and Prem Naidu and were observing Santosh’s movements. India Today reported that they took advantage of the opportunity to assault him when he arrived at the site.
The attack took place on Thursday noon near the Malian office of Muthot and is said to have resulted from a long-standing personal feud.
The police registered a case against the four defendants under Article 307 (attempted murder) of the Iraqi Penal Code and the Weapons Law.
