According to a new report, there has been internal talk about finally ending The Bloodline saga.
Roman Reigns’ Bloodline has been the most stable in WWE for about three years at this point. The stable has put everyone in their path over the years, including some of WWE’s biggest names.
At Money in the Bank 2023, Roman Reigns suffered a losing streak for the first time in 1,294 days. Jey Uso pinned Reigns, thus The Usos emerged victorious in the “Bloodline Civil War” tag team match. According to a new report from ifWWE’s top officials are talking about possibly putting The Bloodline saga to rest.
“Big calls are being made to separate bloodline shutdowns. The next few weeks are going to be crazy before the biggest stoppage of the year at SummerSlam. Fasten your seat belts.” (Erosion RSN)
Roman Reigns’ stable formed when he aligned himself with Paul Heyman after his return at SummerSlam 2020. Soon after, Reigns and Heyman were joined by Jey and Jimmy Uso. This was followed by Sami Zayn and Solo Sekoa, thus Reigns became the leader of an incredibly powerful faction on WWE television.
With the help of the stable, Reigns won a long list of high-stakes WWE bouts. Earlier this year, Paul Heyman appeared on SI Media with Jimmy Traina Podcast. Wiseman said he wasn’t surprised that the stable had such great success with the WWE Universe. This is what he said:
“All false modesty aside, no, I’m not. The reason for that is because of my faith in Roman Reigns as a performer. When we made the decision, Roman Reigns and I had been talking about working with each other for several years, and it was never the right time. I was very attached to Brock Lesnar’s thigh.” And he was right about that because we kept lifting each other up and we needed each other at that time.” (Erosion TJR Wrestling)
Roman Reigns’ Bloodline has kept fans on the edge of their seats for quite some time now. WWE will do everything in their power to make sure the conclusion to this epic saga is memorable.
