Mulanpur Garibdas (New Chandigarh) police booked a man in separate cases for criminally intimidating a man and sexually harassing his wife on Sunday.
According to the police, two separate cases have been registered against Davinder Pal Singh Dhaliwal, a resident of Echo City, New Chandigarh, after a couple filed a separate complaint against him.
In the first case, Dhaliwal was booked on charges of criminal intimidation, attempted murder and unlawful self-restraint on the complaint of an Echo City resident.
In another case, the complainant’s wife in the first case alleged that Daliwal was stalking her and also rammed her car with his vehicle a few days earlier. Police booked Dhaliwal over the woman’s complaint.
