Nand Lal Sharma, who was previously Chairman and Managing Director of SJVN, took over as Chairman of the Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB) on July 1.
Sharma has held several leadership positions, including President of SJVN Arun-3 Power Development Company in Nepal, SJVN Thermal Private Limited in Bihar, and SJVN Green Energy Limited.
Beginning his career as an officer in the administrative services of Himachal Pradesh in 1989, Sharma has held several important posts in the service.
