WWE shocked the world at Money in the Bank, pinning Roman Reigns for the first time in over three years in the main event. He and the Solo Sikoa lost the bloodline civil war to the Usos.
Jey Uso pinned Reigns after an excellent match that featured many dramatic points, including some convincing falls from The Tribal Chief. In the end, a series of super kicks followed by a rope from above kept him up.
As Jimmy and J celebrated their massive win in the ring, a devastated Roman Reigns made his way out. He sat on the ground, facing the slope, with a bundle of emotions on his face.
In an unseen moment during the Money in the Bank broadcast, Reigns let out an angry howl before his grief took hold. Then he got down on one knee to talk to Paul Heyman. This was captured by a fan in the front row at the end of the entrance ramp.
