Tuesday, July 3, 2023, witnessed the first episode of Masamune-kun R’s Revenge Premiere on Crunchyroll with English dub and original Japanese audio with English subtitles. The news is exciting, to say the least, as fans previously didn’t have a release date for the English dub even though cast and staff information was shared on Friday, June 30.

The anime premiered in Japan on the AT-X channel at 9 pm JST, and aired on Tokyo MX, Sun TV, KBS Kyoto, and BS Fuji thereafter. The season was originally set to premiere in April 2023 before being delayed by the production committee after a re-examination of the production schedule. The spread of COVID-19 was cited as a major deciding factor in delaying the series to July.

As mentioned earlier, the English-language cast was announced on Friday, June 30th. Jessie James Grill stars as Masamune, with Morgan Lauré as Aki, Monica Rial as Yoshino, Megan Shipman as Neko, Justin Briner as Kojuurou, and Caitlin Glass as Tai. , Ryan Reynolds as Jasso, Natalie Rose as Kino, Skylar Davenport as Chinatsu, Rachel May as Muriel Bison, and Derek Snow as Frank Bison.

English dubbing staff Masamune-kun R’s Revenge Includes ADR Director Jade Saxton, Associate ADR Directors Morgan Lowry and Aaron Campbell, Principal ADR Engineer Sawyer Pfelderer, and Associate ADR Engineer Tina Soon. ChouCho had previously performed the season 1 ending theme song “Elemental World”. Crunchyroll is streaming the new anime season worldwide, which includes the Indian subcontinent but excludes the rest of the Asian market.
