Street Fighter 6’s first DLC character, Rashid, has finally been revealed, and the character is looking better than ever in his remake. When does Rashid come to Street Fighter 6?
Capcom has confirmed that Rashid will arrive on July 24, 2023, and will be the first DLC character in the game’s Year 1 Pass. However, players do not need to invest in the pass to get it, as it will also be purchasable.
How will Rashid play in Street Fighter 6?
If Rashid’s gameplay reveals something he has to go through, it’s very likely that he will have a lot of tools in his arsenal, which will counter most things that other characters can throw at him.
He’s a wind-based fighter like Lily, and the running dash from Street Fighter 5 will also appear in its new iteration. However, the dash now has a cancel option, and can switch sides to slide, allowing it to pass through most projectiles.
