Lincoln Red Imps host Karabagh at Victoria Stadium in the first leg of their Champions League qualifier on Tuesday.
The hosts booked their place in the first round of the qualifiers as champions of Gibraltar, while Karabakh finished top of the Azerbaijan League.
Red Imps has not played since losing 4-2 on penalties to the Magpies in the Gibraltar Cup Final in April.
Meanwhile, Qarabagh ended their league campaign last season with a 3-1 home win over Turan in May. They played a series of pre-season friendlies and had a 1-0 win over CSKA Sofia last week. Redone Xhixha scored the match winner in the 43rd minute.
The winner of the tie will face either Raku or Flora in the second qualifying round.
