Maharashtra State Legislative Assembly Deputy Speaker Neelam Gorhi on Sunday wrote to the police asking for tough action in the sexual assaults of three mentally ill girls in Pune.
In a letter to Pune (countryside) Superintendent of Police Ankit Goyal, Jorhi said that the evidence in the case should not be tampered with and sought a charge sheet against the main accused Subhash Zur as soon as possible.
Three informational reports were recorded by the Yaffat Police Station in connection with the sexual assaults of three mentally ill girls at the Pandita Ramabai Mukti Mission in Kedgaon, Daund Tehsil, Pune.
