Prime Minister Yogi Adityanath said on Thursday that when the Mughal invaders were trying to destroy Dharma Sanatan and the culture of India, a ramlila was being organized in every village, reflecting the inspiration of Ramcharitmana.

“It is believed that when we speak to our God in our language during worship, God can hear us,” said Adityanath while releasing a musical showing Dr. Sameer Tripathi’s soulful performance of Shrimad Devi Bhagwat Mahapuran.

It is said that every time Tulsidas attempted to write a modern Sanskrit Ramayana, the text was destroyed in some way. Finally, Lord Vishwanath appeared in Kashi and instructed him to write his compositions in the language of the people instead of Sanskrit. At that time, Awadhi was an important dialect spoken by dozens of people, and Tulsidas came to Ayodhya from Kashi. He started writing Ramcharitmanas during this period.
