The Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) announced their separation from head coach Andy Flower after two years. The franchise took to its official Twitter account to confirm the news amid speculation of a discussion with former Australian Justin Langer as the new head coach.

Flower joined LSG ahead of the opening of the IPL season in 2022 and served as coach for two years. Under Zahara, the franchise had a few productive years, finishing third in the points table on both occasions and qualifying for the playoffs.
