Twitter users debated whether a man was justified in KOing a woman in a viral video.

Lots of social media accounts share videos of fights and encounters with little to no background to it. A Twitter account called FIGHT COMPS recently started the discussion with a commented video:

“True or False? A Man Knockes a Woman Out of a Chair Dispute”

In the viral video, a man is seen arguing with a woman on a chair in a room full of people. After an alleged discussion of who the object belonged to, the man brushed off another person who looked to defuse the situation by using a different chair. Use his size and strength advantage to take the seat from the smaller woman.

As a result, the woman hit the man several times, which quickly escalated the situation. The man responded by throwing a right hook, which knocked the woman out.

The comments section was filled with differing opinions on the viral battle. Some people think a woman deserves to get KO’d because she made the situation physical. Supporters of the man made the following comments:

“Women think they can hit a guy and get away with it? She chooses to get physical when she takes a swing at him. She deals with the consequences of the choice she makes.”

“I don’t see anything wrong, I just threw up her hands and it’s her fault”

“For any man who supports feminism, it must include equal fights, equal fees, and equal responsibilities as well.”

“Women should learn to keep their hands to themselves.”

On the contrary, others believe that a man should never hit a woman, no matter the circumstances. The comments section of the viral video also featured the following insult to the man for KOing the woman on a chair:

“Men taking women down is not allowed at all. What if there is a woman in your family?”

“very wrong”

“coward.”

“He’s wrong even if he’s right about the chair.”
