Advertisers told CNBC that they hope Threads will incorporate more features like time feeds and the ability to search for hashtags, which can help them create better ad campaigns when Meta opens up that opportunity.

In a separate off topic post on Tuesday, Roth said regarding the update that users “may need to restart your app to see some of these or wait until the end of the day!”
