After Sima Haider was residing in Pakistan He was interrogated for two days by the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (UP ATS).Police said they recovered five authorized passports from Pakistan, an unused passport, and an identification card, among other items.

Gautam Buddha Nagar Police have also written to the Intelligence Bureau (IB) and UP ATS to investigate the evidence they have collected so far.
The memo, which provided details of the route taken by the Pakistani woman to reach India, reads, “On March 10, Sima Haider left Pakistan from Karachi Airport and arrived at Sharjah Airport (UAE) and then from there to Kathmandu Airport in Nepal. 15 days. On March 17, she returned to Pakistan from Nepal via the same route.”
On 8 March, Sachin Meena reached Gorakhpur. On 9 March, he reached the border of Sonauli from Gorakhpur and left for Kathmandu. According to the note, Seema Haider left Pakistan for the second time on May 10 on a 15-day tourist visa.

They were sent to judicial custody for 14 days and then released on bail on 7 July.
