Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi distributed more than 70,000 letters of appointment to new recruits via video conferencing. He also addressed the appointees and congratulated them.
The Prime Minister said that we have to make full use of the global trust and attract India. “In the past nine years, India has become the fifth largest economy from being the tenth largest. Today, experts from all over the world say that in a few years, India will be in the top three.”
Prime Minister Modi also spoke about the banking sector. He said, “Today, India is one of the countries with the strongest banking sector. Public banks were earlier known for losses of thousands of crores and NPA is now known for record profits.”
Rozgar mela has been held at 44 locations across the country. The new recruits got the opportunity to train through Karmayogi Prarambh, an online unit on the iGOT Karmayogi portal.
