Two of the dead were employees of a private company working on the construction site of the Jawar airport, police said, adding that four people were being treated at a nearby hospital for injuries.

Seven people were killed in two road accidents here Monday morning, including four on the Agra-Delhi highway where a bus collided with two parked vehicles, police said.

They added that in the highway accident, the bus was coming from Agra when it hit the cars parked on the roadside.

Two of the dead were employees of a private company working on the construction site of Jewar Airport, police said, adding that four people were being treated at a nearby hospital for injuries.

The other incident occurred near Gonda on Iglas Gonda Road where five young men who were running on the footpath in preparation for the defensive recruitment exams were injured by a passing vehicle.

Police officials stated that three of them died on the spot and two were seriously injured, adding that the injured were shifted to Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College Hospital.
