After Karan Johar didn’t give a shout out to Alia on her MET debut, rumors of a rift between them this year swirled on social media. However, Alia debunked the rumors by attending Karan’s gala dinner on Monday.
While twins Alia and Ranbir wore a white dress at the Karan Museum on Monday night, Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapoor wore black outfits.

After director Aayan Mukerji joined YRF to direct their upcoming War 2 with Hrithik Roshan, there were rumors that Karan was upset with him for delaying Brahmastra 2, however, it seems that the relationship between the two directors is also fine as Aayan also attended the party.

On the work front, Alia Bhatt will appear in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, the film that marks the director’s return to direction. Next, Alia will appear in Heart of Stone, opposite Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan, and then will join Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif in Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa.
