Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is considering the transfer of former Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori this summer.

according the teamMilan Skriniar is ready to sign Parisians This summer from Inter Milan. However, the Paris-based giants have another name in mind when it comes to bolstering their defense – Tomori.

according to Corriere dello Sport (free le10sport), Milan will demand at least €30m for the English full-back who signed him permanently from Chelsea in July 2021. He is clearly one of Stefano Pioli’s most reliable defenders, having made 39 appearances across competitions this season.

PSG are not against allowing Sergio Ramos, 37, to leave the club as a free agent this summer. They want the legendary Spanish centre-back to cut his salary in half if he wants to continue at the Parc des Princes after the season.

In the event of the exit of the former Real Madrid star, Paris Saint-Germain may have to look for solutions in the market. That’s where Skriniar will come in, but Tomori, 25, will still power PSG’s light streak quite a bit.

Danilo Pereira is an interim center back while El Chadaille Bitshiabu, 17, is not highly experienced at this point in his career. Tomori will have four years left on his San Siro contract at the end of the season. But it is said that Milan may have to part ways with him if he does not reach the top four this season.

They currently have 61 points from 34 games – two clear of fourth-placed Inter Milan.

The journalist believes Conor Gallagher would be ideal for the former PSG boss at Chelsea

Mauricio Pochettino is said to be close to joining Chelsea as their permanent head coach.

The Argentine coach has been absent from any club since his dismissal from Paris Saint-Germain training last summer, despite winning the league title in the 2021-22 season. Pochettino, who has managed Tottenham Hotspur, looks set to join the West London giants.

Journalist Paul Brown believes “Poch” will particularly enjoy the Conor Gallagher run. He told GiveMeSport:

“I think Gallagher is perfect for Pochettino. If he returns to the Spurs scheme where they were a very pressing, hard-working, skittish team, with talent all over the pitch with a full-back forward, you could easily achieve that at Chelsea.”

Despite being on the books of the Blues since 2008, Gallagher made his debut for the club this season. He largely failed to impress during that period, like so many of his team-mates, but that can also be attributed to Chelsea’s poor form in general.

The Englishman scored his third goal in his 41st appearance across competitions this season when he scored in the Blues’ 3-1 win over Bournemouth yesterday (6 May).
