Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is said to be looking to sell Neymar in the summer, with Manchester United, Juventus and Newcastle United interested in his services.
According to the Spanish website Fichajes.net, Paris Saint-Germain no longer trusts the Brazilian striker and wants to expel him in the summer transfer window. It is believed that the 31-year-old must find a new club in order to extend his football career. Amid reports of a summer departure, three clubs have emerged as potential suitors for Neymar.
Premier League giants Manchester United is the first name on the list. The Red Devils have reportedly been keeping tabs on the Brazilian ace for a while and are willing to pay a hefty fee to get him on their books. The former Barcelona winger may be tempted by the prospect of playing in the Premier League and proving his mettle in a different country.
Serie A giants Juventus have also been credited with interest in the attacking star. The Turin-based club are said to be in the market for a top player who could bring back their glory days, and see No. 10 Paris Saint-Germain as a great candidate.
Newcastle United, a newcomer to the English Premier League, is the third team interested in signing the former Santos star. The Magpies have done quite well for themselves under Eddie Howe this season, climbing to third place in the Premier League rankings. If they get Champions League football next season, they could attract some of the biggest names in the business.
Newcastle United’s name isn’t as big as Manchester United’s, but Neymar is said to be smitten with the prospect of becoming the centerpiece of the Saudi-backed club’s new venture.
According to Transfermarkt, Neymar’s current market value is €70m and his contract with Les Parisiens expires in June 2025. Since joining Ligue 1 for €222m in 2017, Neymar has represented them in 173 appearances, scoring 118 times and claiming 77 assists.

According to French website Le10Sport, Paris Saint-Germain defender El Chadaille Bitshiabu is on Manchester United’s summer shortlist. The 17-year-old midfielder has impressed with his composure and versatility this season, but he could struggle for minutes after Milan Skriniar joined PSG as a free agent this summer.
On the other hand, Manchester United could use reinforcements in the back. With Raphael Varane enduring more than his fair share of injuries and Harry Maguire’s future up in the air, Bitshiabu could be an important addition to the roster.
Picciapo, who can operate as a left back as well as a central defender, has played 13 matches for Christophe Galtier this season. According to Transfermarkt, he is currently worth €7 million.
