It was a big weekend for WWE Superstars as Backlash and SmackDown took place in front of a hot crowd in Puerto Rico. Lana, which the company is releasing in 2021, was spotted with Liv Morgan and others over the weekend.
While Lana’s real-life husband Mero has competed in AEW since leaving the company, the star herself has focused on adventures outside of wrestling.
Over the weekend, she posted a photo with Liv Morgan, sharing a moment with the star, saying she loves it.
I also posted a file video of Zelina Vega in the ring before her match against Rhea Ripley at Backlash. And there she mentioned how proud she was of her.
“Wow!!!!!!!!ZelinaVegaWWE. So proud of you!!!!! You are an inspiration! #PuertoRico,” she wrote.
I also posted a file video Herself in Puerto Rico today sharing with many stars, including Damian Priest, Liv Morgan, Kayla Braxton, who attended the shows and much more. She clearly had a great time there.
This wasn’t the first time she was seen with WWE superstars after her release, but she hasn’t attended many shows since leaving the company.
Fans commented on this, and one mentioned that they need to get her back in the ring.
Could Lana be returning to WWE after she was spotted with the Superstars during the SmackDown Weekend?
While Lana didn’t give a hint about it, her presence at the event could be good news for anyone hoping to bring the star back into the company.
The star was a celebrity during her time as part of the company and has really outgrown her last year there. With the women’s division under fire recently, Triple H may decide to bring it back.
This weekend may have been the beginning of negotiations for the star’s future comeback. The coming weeks will tell if she makes a comeback.
