The directors announced on Wednesday that Indian film actor Arjun Rampal is set to make his foray into Telugu cinema in the upcoming feature film by veteran star Nandamuri Balakrishna. They added that Rampal, 50, will play the role of antagonist.
The untitled film is directed by Anil Ravipudi and produced by Shine Screens, Sahu Garapati and Harish Bedi. The production banner shared the news about Rampal’s use on their official Twitter handle.

Rampal, who has played negative roles in Hindi films like ‘Om Shanti Om’ and ‘Ra.One’, said he was looking forward to working in the film.
“Thank you for having me. Super excited. It’s going to be insane fun,” the star wrote.
Balakrishna, also a politician, is considered as one of the top actors in Telugu cinema with films like ‘Legend’, ‘Simha’, ‘Narasimha Naidu’, ‘Sri Rama Rajyam’ and ‘Aditya 369’ to his credit.
Kajal Aggarwal and Sreeleela are also part of the upcoming movie.
